Your roof has more life left than you think.
Restore and protect the roof you have. No tear-off. About 30% of the cost of a new roof.
Your roof isn’t lasting as long as you think.
A shingle may be rated for decades. The weather does not read the rating. Every season takes years off the roof.
UV
Sun bakes the asphalt, drying it out until it turns brittle and cracks.
Wind
Gusts lift shingles, break their seals and work nails loose.
Snow & ice
Freeze-thaw cycles open cracks and force water under the shingle.
Rain
Runoff strips protective granules and washes them into your gutters.
Your shingle warranty probably won’t save you.
Coverage shrinks every year.
By the time you need it, it pays a fraction of what a repair or new roof costs.
Storms void the promise.
Wind, hail and other weather damage typically fall outside the coverage, the very things that age a roof.
Aging isn’t a defect.
Normal weathering and granule loss are treated as wear and tear, not a warranty claim.
A full re-roof is expensive, messy and disruptive.
Full price
The most expensive way to fix a roof that isn’t finished yet.
Tear-off mess
Dumpsters, debris and stray nails in the yard and driveway.
Days of disruption
Noise, crews and a blocked driveway for a multi-day install.
Open to the weather
Once shingles come off, the decking is exposed mid-job.
Surprise add-ons
Decking, flashing and gutter issues found mid-tear-off become change orders.
Landfill waste
Tons of old shingles hauled off, often years before their time.
Roofing companies make their money on replacement. So that’s what they sell.
A roof with life left doesn’t need replacing. It needs protecting.
There’s a better way.
Most homeowners think they have two choices. There’s a third.
Three years of life left? We can add years more.

Polyacrythane™ coating
A single-component coating engineered to stabilize, seal and extend the life of asphalt shingle roofs.
Granules are your roof’s armor.
They block UV and shed water. Once they’re gone, the asphalt bakes and the roof slides toward failure. Granule loss isn’t a symptom of aging — it’s the cause.
Binds the granules
Soaks in and locks the granule layer to the shingle, stabilizing it from within.
Seals it clear
Cures into a flexible, UV-stable membrane you can’t even see.
Extends roof life
Holds the line against weather and UV for years to come.
Inside the shingle, before and after.
- Loose granules, shed with every storm
- Exposed asphalt that bakes, dries and cracks
- Fiberglass mat left open to water
- Granules locked in place
- Clear protective barrier
- Penetrates and strengthens the asphalt
- Protects the fiberglass mat

Roof restoration FAQ
Is this just paint?
No. Paint sits on top. This coating penetrates the shingle, binds the granules, and cures into a flexible, UV-stable membrane. It also carries a 15-year warranty, which paint does not.
What is the Roof Tune-Up?
It’s an inspection plus minor repairs we can do along with your restoration: sealing loose shingles and backed-out nails, sealing separating flashings, and resealing or replacing worn pipe boots. It’s quoted case by case after we inspect.
Why not just replace my roof?
If your roof is still sound, replacing it now means paying full price years early. Restoring it costs about 30% of that.
How is this different from a rejuvenator spray?
Rejuvenators re-oil the shingle to restore flexibility. They don’t form a waterproof membrane, and they last about five years per treatment. This coating binds the granules and seals the roof in one application, covered for 15 years.
Will it change how my roof looks?
No. It dries clear, so your roof keeps its original color.
How long does the job take?
Most jobs are finished within two business days, with no tear-off, no dumpsters and no haul-away.
